For today’s key NonFarm Payroll data release, 980,000 remains consensus. Weekly unemployment claims yesterday finally broke below the 500,000 level for a post pandemic low but the private ADP payrolls on Wednesday missed expectations of 872,000 to register 724,000 new jobs for April. Will NFP breach 1 million new jobs – and what of Earnings & Unemployment?
