Market wrap up with Stuart!

The USD edged slightly higher following the jobless claims outcome, where initial claims and continuing claims dipped a bit more than expected. Equity futures continue to indicate a higher Wall Street open, while yields are slightly firmer. USDJPY ticked up a few points to 111.45, while EURUSD fell from near 1.1560 to 1.1553. US initial jobless claims dropped -38k to 326k in the week ended October 2, more than expected and back near the post pandemic low of 312k from the September 4 week.
