USDCAD rallied to near two-week highs of 1.2707 in London, since settling near 1.2665 in early North American trade. Broad USD strength has driven the pairing higher, though position adjustments into the BoC policy announcement at 14:00 GMT has reportedly taken the pairing off its highs.
