October 6 کو Publish ہوۓ ہیں. ان کی Statements میں سے یہ سائن بھی مل رہے ہیں کہ PEPP Program کی Extension پر غور کیا جارہا ہے. خصوصی طور پر December میں اگلی Forecast Due ہے.
Pandemic Emergency Purchase Program نے National Purchases پر سے Cap Lift کردیا ہے اور یہ PEPP June next year پر End ہوگا. Lagarde نے Interview میں کہا کہ ہوسکتا ہے کہ Economy تب تک بھی Recover نہ کرسکی ہو. انہوں نے یہ بھی کہا کہ V» Shape» کی Recovery کافی لمبی ہوسکتی ہے اور
ECB Monetary measure اب Successfully Complementing Fiscal Aid. یہ بھی کہا کہ Central Bank اب Exchange Rate Development پر بھی نظر رکھے ہوۓ ہے.
آج ECB’s Makhlouf نے تجویز دی کہ Average Inflation Target ایک Option ہے.
Government Council Member نے کہا کہ Monetary Policy بہترین Contribution کررہی ہے اور
Fiscal Policy میں بہتری آنی چاہیے تاکہ یہ دونوں ایک ہی وقت میں بہتر کم کرسکیں. Comments میں کچھ نیا نہیں تھا لیکن یہ بات بھی سامنے آئی کہ Negative Inflation Rates کی طرف کوئی ارادہ نہیں ہے. «Low for longer» کی وجہ سے Inflation کو بڑھنے دیں گے. اب حاضر وقت Under Inflation کا ہے.
EURO آج Weaker رہا. Combined Comments کی وجہ سے EURUSD میں Rejection 1.1800 آیا. اس سے مارکیٹ 0.9060 تک گئی اور Spike 0.9113 بنایا. EURJPY بہت نیچے آیا 124.20 کو ٹیسٹ کرنے کے لیے.
