USD اس ہفتے کے شروع میں Weak ہوا اور EURGBP 0.9050 سے 0.9025 تک. مارکیٹ نے Boris Johnson کے High Jinks دیکھے جب انہوں نے Friday کو کہا کہ Talks .EU talks over اس ہفتے دوبارہ Continue ہوں گی. EU’s Barnier اور UK’s Frost کی Video call کل ہوئی. Mid November میں Limited deal ہونے کا Consensus ہے. Fishing ایک اہم مسئلہ ہے جس میں Win-Win یا Lose-Lose Choice ہے. جوبھی ہو Compromise مانا جائے گا. Fishing Issue ایک اہم Symbolic issue ہے دونوں اطراف کے لیے. UK Fisheries میں Workers 12000 ہیں اور ان کے پاس EU Market میں Fish Sell کرنے کی Access ہوگی. اس کے برعکس EU چاہتا ہے کہ EU کے Fishers کے پاس UK Waters میں Fishing کرنے کی Full access ہو. British Negotiators کا کہنا ہے کہ یہ Possible نہیں ہے کیونکہ UK اب ایک Independent Coastal State ہے. یہ Positions یا باتیں کئی ماہ سے Move ہی نہیں کی گئیں دونوں اطراف سے Fishing صرف Tiny part of economy بنتا ہے لیکن یہ UK 2016 Leave Campaign میں ایک اہم حصّہ رکھتی ہے.
اگر Johnson’s Internal Market Bill دیکھا جائے تو یہ لوگ چاہتے ہیں کہ Agreement میں اس شق کو ختم کردیا جائے جس سے UK کے اختیارات میں کمی آئے. اگر Narrow deal بھی ہوتو یہ EU-UK کی Trade deal کی شروعات کے طور پر لیا جاسکے گا. آنے والے سال میں UK پابندی سے EU کے قوانین کو Align کرتا رہے گا لیکن آہستہ آہستہ جیسے ہی
UK Economy Re-orientate ہوگی تو UK سائیڈ پر ہوتا جائے گا اور EU قوانین کو چھوڑ دے گا. Mid term میں Pound Bearish ہی ہے اگر حالات ٹھیک اور Trade deal ہوبھی جائے تب بھی Pound کافی Worsen Position میں ہوگا. اس کا اثر Investment ,Productivity اور Economic Growth پر پڑے گا آنے والے Future میں. یاد رہے کہ UK PM اس بات کو اس طریقے سے ظاہر نہیں کریں گے.
